Gorgeous property with such attention to detail. Every room has a great view. All good and drinks on property were outstanding. The spa is well worth it for use of the special pool and amenities. Love the Conrad and this location doesn’t disappoint

Daniela Rodriguez and the hospitality squad were AMAZING, top notch and made this beautiful resort with amazing 5 star restaurants even more heavenly! We had cars arranged for us, reservations around the area, we had recommendations given to us and even had medical care arranged for our child’s ear infection! We experienced some of the world’s greatest chefs on the premises for special dinners and felt like royalty all week! The hotel was beautiful and we were very happy with our stay! I’m quite certain this trip was something only the very lucky get to experience!! Thank you Conrad Punta Mita!

LOCATION: this resort is a 45-minute drive from PVR airport, and sits inside a guarded enclosure that includes several resorts and a golf course. ATMOSPHERE: the entire resort just felt so open and inviting; from the main lounge area, to the THREE pools, to the open outdoor restaurants. If you step just outside of the resort, you will find yourself in a beautiful rainforest. ROOMS: the rooms are clean and modern, with air conditioning and lounge beds on the patios. The walls/floors were thick; I barely heard the people in adjacent rooms or walking in rooms above us. AMENITIES: Three pools (one with a slide, one with an infinity edge overlooking the ocean, and an adults-only option). Game room (pool tables, shuffleboard, foosball, and video games). Tennis and basketball courts. A play room for little kids. A full gym (cardio, weights, machines). Bikes for rent (ride past the golf course and all of the other resorts).

Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Conrad. This was our 3rd stay at this property and definitely will not be our last. We booked this trip through Hilton Honors, knowing that we were rolling the dice with weather as it is the rainy season. My spouse is a Hilton Diamond member, and upon arrival we asked if there was a possible upgrade based on our Hilton status and the low occupancy rate at the hotel. Ana at the front desk was very gracious and after conferring with her manager she was able to get us into an amazing corner suite. The room was gorgeous and we were extremely happy with it—until the AC went out on the first night. The hotel staff was INCREDIBLE. After confirming that the AC was indeed broken they gave us the room next door to ours to sleep in, and had engineering work on the AC through the night and into the morning. This was amazing bc we didn’t have to repack and move, so very cool and accommodating of them to do as it would have been pretty inconvenient to pack and move at 10:30pm. The night management team was absolutely incredible and so gracious, they followed up through the week, really went above and beyond and despite the AC going out a couple more times we truly never felt inconvenienced because of how wonderful the staff was and how quickly every issue was addressed. I want to mention the pool and restaurant staff, as they were all amazing. We were SO impressed with all the food and with the service, but would like to particularly mention Gabriel the pool manager, Abel and Jeovani at Paleta, Hector at the Aura bar, and Joel and Andres at Mezquite. All of them made our stay extra special with their service and hospitality, this resort really does their food and beverage right. I’d also like to mention Hugo the chef at Paleta. We went fishing and caught a large mahi mahi and Hugo prepared it for us 3 ways. Was such a special experience. The food at this resort is legitimately fantastic, highly recommend all the restaurants but Paleta fish tacos for lunch and Mezquite dinner both top notch. We absolutely love the Conrad Punta de Mita and will be back as soon as we possibly can! Thank you SO MUCH to the entire team at the Conrad, we miss you already! Hope to see everyone there again soon, and Hilton should be proud of the way this property is run. Having stayed many times at St Regis Punta Mita and a couple times at the Four Seasons I can honestly say that the Conrad is best food and service in the area, the whole staff truly goes above and beyond. Could not recommend this resort more!

Conrad Punta de Mita – A Slice of Paradise Just returned from an unforgettable stay at Conrad Punta de Mita. The staff is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Rooms are modern, spotless, and super comfortable. Breakfast each morning? Absolutely superb—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The resort features multiple pools that cater to both families and adults-only relaxation, and the beach is breathtaking, especially during sunset. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, and top-tier service. Will definitely be back
